Q. Can I still use your services, even though my vehicle is under warranty with the main dealer?
A. Yes, due to the block exemption rule introduced in 2003, as long as OEM or equivalent parts are used, your manufacturer warranty is not affected.
Q. Do you offer MOT's?
A. No we don't currently offer an MOT test, all of our work is mobile.
Q. Which areas do you cover?
A. We are based just outside Kidderminster, however we cover most of the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
Q. How long is your guarantee on repairs?
A. We offer a minimum 12 months warranty on our repairs, (unless stated otherwise).
Q. Can you replace tires?
A. We do not offer a mobile tire fitting service at this time.
Q. Can I supply my own parts, for you to fit?
A. In most cases, yes we'd be happy to do that, however, any parts supplied by a customer cannot be subjected to a warranty claim against us.
Q. Is there a minimum callout charge for fault diagnostics?
A. Yes, there is a standard £40 charge for a diagnosis callout (for example if you have an engine management light)
