Terms of service

The following terms of service (TOS) is a legal contract between you the customer and Clean Lines Automotive defining the agreement of you using our service upon you booking any of our services, we will understand that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of service set out on this page.

Welcome to Clean Lines Automotive. By booking our services, you are agreeing to these terms of service and are happy with the information written within this page.

Warranty
All of our work is covered by a minimum 12 month guarantee, (unless stated otherwise in your invoice).
This warranty covers defective parts and workmanship.
It does not cover neglect or other unrelated faults on your car, that are new and unrelated to our work.
In the case that you do need to make a warranty claim, please get in touch via email explaining the issue, so that we can look into resolving the matter as quickly as possible for you.
If you have taken your vehicle to another garage or repairer to investigate the fault with our work, this can result in your warranty claim been rejected.
In some cases, there may be a need to send off the faulty part for manufacturer testing and assessment.
Should the manufacturer agree that the part was faulty you will be issued a full refund or we will repair the car at no additional cost to you.
Should the manufacturer disagree the part was faulty, then unfortunately this decision is final and beyond our control, you can then take up the claim with the manufacturer directly.
